For example, Cherished Adventures may use such personally identifiable information to contact you or send you information related to this Site or its DVDs or other digital content.

At Cherished Adventures, you can order a product, subscribe to our services or otherwise express an opinion. The type of personally identifiable information that may be collected at these pages include: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number and information about your interests in and use of our services.
At the Cherished Adventures Web site, you can submit information about other people. For example, you might submit a person’s name and e-mail address so we may send them a birthday, anniversary or congratulations greeting and inform them of our services. If you order a gift DVD online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you might submit the recipient’s name and address. The type of personally identifiable information that may be collected about other people at these pages include: recipient’s name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number.
If a copy of your DVD is requested, it must come for you, our client. For example, you show your Cherished Adventures DVD to family members and/or friends. Someone would like a copy of your DVD, you can send your request in writing or through your e-mail address that we have on file for you. We will then contact you by telephone to further authorize this request. Once the DVD is complete, we will again contact you to inform you that your order is ready for shipment. Payment is due before your order is shipped. Shipment will be directly to you and thus, it is your responsibility to get the requested copy to the person whom it is for.
At Cherished Adventures, only clients who provide us with the requested personally identifiable information will be able to order, re-order, request copies of a DVD or otherwise participate in the Site’s activities and offerings.
HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION
We use the information you provide about yourself to fulfill your requests for our services, to respond to your inquires about our services, and about our offerings that we believe may be of interest to you.
We use this information to communicate with you, such as to notify you when your DVD is available for shipment or when we make changes to our agreements, to fulfill a request by you for a copy of your DVD or to contact you about your account with us.
We use this information that you provide about other to enable us to send them a greeting and offer our services to them.
YOUR PERSONAL PRIVACY
At Cherished Adventures, only your personally identifiable information remains in our data banks. All photos, digital camera cards or tapes that are sent to us through postal mail will be shipped back to you after payment is received, along with your completed Cherished Adventures DVD. All photos or home movies that are sent to us through e-mail or the Site will NOT be returned to you, but rather erased from our data banks. A main DVD of you Cherished Adventures will be kept in your file at our office for future copy requests that we may receive from you.
RIGHTS RESERVED
We reserve the right to announce new clients, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, birth announcements, or the loss of a loved one on the Site using only names and the event. We will NOT publish any dates of the event or an age.
