A: No. To keep our cost down, we do not travel to an event because some of our
clients are out of state. This may be subject to change.
A: Most DVD players that were made in the year 2000 will play your DVD, even
Portable DVD Players. You can also play them on you computer if you have Windows
Media Player or another DVD player installed on you computer.

Q: How will I receive my DVD?
A: You will receive your DVD via postal mail. Remember that the cost of making the DVD includes the shipping & handling charges.
Q: How soon will I receive my DVD?
A: You should start watching your mailbox for your DVD within 15 business days after we
receive all of your photos and information. So please make sure you give yourself and us
enough time to get your project together and finalized before the event that you're
purchasing your Cherished Adventures DVD rolls around! A 2 week notice is a good one.
This is no guarantee that we'll have it done within the 15 business days time frame during
special holidays (such as Christmas) and spring/summer events (such as graduations and
wedding) seasons roll around, so get your order in early!
Q: What happens to my photos after my DVD is complete?
A: If you mail us your photos, they will be returned to you along with your DVD. If they are
emailed to us, they will NOT be returned, but deleted from our data banks. A Privacy
Contract will be mailed to you through Postal mail for you to look over, sign and return to
us with a prepaid envelope enclosed to insure your privacy.
Q: Can I can make chances in my DVD?
A: Yes. We are in the process of being able to email you a copy of your DVD so that
you may view it and email us the changes you have, such as you don't like a certain
picture or the song. Keep in mind that the changes you make may effect your delivery
date.
